Meatloaf:
2 pounds lean ground beef
2 eggs, beaten
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, minced

2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
5 ounces tomato sauce (You will need a 15 ounce can of tomato sauce: 5 ounces for the meatloaf and 10 ounces for the sauce)
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Combine all the above ingredients. Mix well. Shape into a loaf. Place in a baking dish and bake for 30 minutes. Drain all fat from meatloaf. Pour sauce (recipe below) over top of meatloaf and bake for an additional 30 minutes. Baste occasionally. Let rest for about 10 minutes before slicing.
Sauce:
4 Tablespoons brown sugar
2 Tablespoons mustard
2 Tablespoons vinegar
10 ounces tomato sauce
½ can water (or 7 ½ ounces)
Mix together in the order given.
