All great amplifiers are based on one of four celebrated voicings. DT50 has them all, and it breathes inspiring warmth, feel and articulation into each one.

All DT50 sound samples with Phil X were recorded at Nightbird Studios with a Shure® SM57® through a Neve® 1081 into ProTools® HD. All DT50 sound samples with Matt Scannell were recorded at his personal studio with a Shure® SM57® through a BAE 312A (Brent Averill's version of an API® 312) into ProTools® HD.

2. Özgür Özcan: I wasn't quite moved on the other voicings but the Class A Pentode and the Class AB Triode tones responded to exactly what I've been hearing as to what's ideal in my head! Now the big question is: Why didn't you throw in a power attenuator too? What's the minimum wattage that we can drop down by pulling up that knob? :(
